Our terms and conditions of purchase are very simple:

1.      Our products are made from 100% Natural Ingredients and stored in Glass Bottles with aluminium screw caps (rather than plastic bottles which are very harmful and should be avoided). So if you are pregnant or have any other medical conditions (such as Diabetes or Heart conditions etc.) and currently on prescribed medication, then please consult your doctor before deciding to purchase. Care must also be taken by the purchaser/consumer regarding any allergies or intolerance to any of the natural ingredients

2.      The ingredients and nutrition facts of our products are clearly shown on our website and on the product labelling and it is the purchaser/consumer’s responsibility to perform due diligence before purchasing/consuming

3.      We do not accept any liability or responsibility for any allergic reactions or adverse effects experienced by the purchaser/consumer of our products


Our returns policy is very simple:

1.      We do not accept any returns as it is not economically viable

2.      We do not accept any returns or refunds due to mistakes made by the purchaser/consumer at the time of ordering

3.      We do not accept any returns or refunds due to the product not being liked by, or not being suitable for, the purchaser/consumer

4.      We will provide proof of postage on request via our website Contact Us form or via email to admin@jusse.co.uk

5.      Damaged goods need to be reported immediately on the same day that the package is received by the purchaser/consumer

6.      Photographs of the damaged packaging/contents must be provided by email to admin@jusse.co.uk as proof

7.      Once we have confirmed the legitimacy of the damaged packaging/contents and the claim, we will ship a replacement order on the same day
